 One of my favorite combinations is peanut butter with apples; however, this takes the pairing to a whole new level. The peanut butter and ginger is savory, while the apple adds a hint of sweetness, and chili flakes give it a kick. I like to serve it with a yogurt sauce to act as a cooling agent and keep the pancakes from getting dry.

Apple Coconut Oatmeal

I eat alot of oatmeal. Most mornings I have a small bowl of oatmeal and one soft-boiled egg. It's healthy, delicious, and surprisingly versatile, because you can completely change the taste of the dish by putting something new in it. I like to sweeten it with either mashed bananas or applesauce, so I always try to have them on hand. However, this time I added coconut, and the results were delicious.
